• Deciding when it may be necessary to send a field operations member of staff to visit a customer to deliver further training.

• Supervising a team of 16 and completing 1 to 1’s on a 6 weekly basis
• Being the point of escalation for Customers Complaints
• Sending out weekly reports to Customers
• Building a rapport with different clients- whether an Insurance Policyholder, or dealing directly with the Insurance Companies claims handlers.
• Looking after new customers when a new contract is taken on board
