As the General Manager of Black Rifle Coffee Company, a veteran-owned and operated coffee roaster and retailer, I oversee the daily operations, sales, and customer service of the store. I have been with the company since August 2022, starting as an Assistant Manager and quickly advancing to my current role thanks to my communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about delivering high-quality coffee and service to our customers, as well as supporting our mission to serve the veteran and first responder communities. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from University of Houston, where I am learning the theories and practices of effective leadership, teamwork, and innovation. My goal is to continue to grow and develop as a leader and a manager, and to contribute to the success and growth of Black Rifle Coffee Company.
