I work to inspire, motivate, and help others live a life free from addiction. At Greenestone, we work collaboratively with our clients and their families in a beautiful setting with a passionate team to help clients reach their recovery goals. In addition to being the Executive Director at Greenestone Centre for Recovery, I have a private practice working with families and their loved ones in Toronto and globally, providing case management, coaching, interventions and therapy. My primary demographic is young women looking for recovery support from all addictions, specializing in alcohol and substance use disorders, love addiction and codependency. I am the author of Journey Back to You, a motivational speaker and facilitate workshops. I am also currently a Ph.D. of Mind-Body Medicine student, specializing in Mindful Leadership in healthcare.
