My journey includes over a decade of experience, with three years dedicated to instructional leadership in Title 1 schools.As an instructional coach, I specialize in supporting curriculum implementation, onboarding new teachers, and providing strategic coaching strategies to enhance instructional practices.I bring proficiency in diverse programs and frameworks, such as Coaching for Innovations (Ed Elements), Benchmark Pro, 95%, Nearpod, LETRS, AVID, Kagan, ECERS and CLASS, Teaching Strategies GOLD, Renaissance Place/STAR, ZEARN, and more.Honored as the High Five employee of October 2023 and the 2010 New Teacher of the Year at Phenix City Intermediate School, my expertise extends beyond the classroom.
