I'm creative, thoughtful, and organized, with experience in training, equipping, and supporting teams of English language teachers. I have proven skills in pastoral care, problem-solving, and mentoring team members and leaders. I have experience in providing individual tuition and classroom teaching to diverse adult learners and am passionate about fostering meaningful connections within communities to promote thriving. I have been writing, editing, and creating innovative English language resources since 2019 and am comfortable collaborating with professionals and volunteers, leading resource production, and collaborating to organize large-scale conferences and workshops. I have been involved in the development and delivery of teacher training both online and in person, and modelling effective English teaching. I'm committed to empowering others in teaching, cross-cultural awareness, pastoral care, and listening skills, with a focus on walking beside people in relationships of respect and humility that foster learning and growth for all parties.
