Perform job development, job coaching, job retention services and /or other day program services for individuals with disabilities.~ Work directly with the individual participants and their team on employment goals they choose to create, resume, portfolio, apply to job openings, follow up on applications and job leads.~ Participate in negotiating the services defined in the employment plan and DVR Vocational Rehabilitation plan.~ Conduct evaluations of potential job sites. Restructure existing jobs to meet the abilities of the individual. Write appropriate proposals.~ Identify business leads for supported employment.~ Develop relationships with employers in a variety of industries to ensure successful job development.~Facilitate the individual’s job start. Coordinate supports with residential staff and families when necessary.~ Develop ongoing positive relationships with key-workers in participant’s place of employment.~ Participate as part of an individual’s team in developing an employment plan when necessary.

Manage corporate accounts, team member on Green Belt project, multi-task several different job functions.Manage many daily functions to meet deadlines, consistent follow up with customers, exceptional quality of work and accuracy.
