I manage all aspects of sickness absence, including holding stage meetings, organising employee counselling and medical appointment. I am responsible for compiling and reporting month end figures to senior management. i also carry out any duties in relation to new starts as well as recruitment.

I am the last point of contact for most customers processily their purchases quickly. I also answer the telephones transfering call to the relevant departments while also answering emails from head office. i organise lunch breaks making sure all departments are covered at all times. Finally I would close tills and the end of the business day and cash up the days takings.

I work in the customer service area of the store; here I answer the telephone to both customers and head office. I answer emails and inform the manger it is for. I organize all lunch breaks for the benefit of the store and liaise with the managers to maintain smooth running of the store on a day-to-day basis.I have been trained in several aspects of safety including, correct usage of fire extinguishers, dealing with spillages and moving and maintain safety on the store ladders. I am fully trained within the nursery department and I am aware of all the regulations relating to it. I have also training within the cash office and closing tills at the end of a busy day

i allowed entry into the store as it is a card only wholesalers. On certain shifts i organised lunch breaks ensuring their was always 2 people at the department at all times. i was also given the opportunity to be trained in cash office and closing tills. As I worked at the entrace i opened new accounts and and filed away relevant paperwork but also updated accounts with new information

this position was customer fouced based and i had to sell clothing to customers coming into the store. we worked to daily individual targets. i had to maintain the reputation of the store and ensure that it was clean and up to 'spec'. i was also till trained within this position.
