Danielle McLaughlin is a lawyer, strategist, author, and political and legal commentator. She has over a decade's experience litigating in US federal and state courts, a background in engineering and marketing, and presently works at the intersection of law, policy, and planetary risks, taking a holistic, systems lens to interconnected and complex problems. She is senior legal analyst at Horizon 2045, a think tank that explores the potential for legal, normative, social, and technological approaches to solve for the confluence of planetary threats.
