I oversee about 30 employees in the sport and outdoor sectors of the camps. I ensure that all counselors are prepared and have everything they need to be the best they can be. I also deal with children and their parents to help dispute any problems that might arise. I work closely with a team of 6 to make sure all camps are going well and running on schedule.

I worked with a dedicated group to create, plan and carry out many different curricula for their camps that will be showcased in the coming months. I gained experience in all-age programming from 4years old to about 16 years old. This job gave me an opportunity to develop my teamwork and communication skills, it also provided me with a remote learning environment that worked well along side my schooling.

I programmed every week for the different aged camper that would be joining. I was able to think on the spot and work with the resources that were provided for me at the site. I worked with a team to successfully plan and carry out larger events we put on to ensure campers were having fun and being safe.
