I manage a large number of clients ranging from 2 to 200 employees. I administer their medical, dental, vision plans, as well as 401(k) if they offer it to their employees. I answer day to day questions for employees and employers as well and enroll and terminate on various carrier sites. When enrolling I verify that payroll is set to take the correct amounts during payroll and when I receive a termination I audit the benefits a send COBRA if the plan has it.
