My role was to produce high quality printed and digital programme resources from brief to completion within tight deadlines, some of which within the hour. These included workbooks, posters, Powerpoint presentations and supporting classroom materials.I also created ad-hoc pieces such as wedding stationary, bar menus, vinyl signage, information leaflets and infographics across the campus for faculty, marketing, house and the website using Adobe and Microsoft Office.Key achievements:- Created workbook, presentation and proposal templates in InDesign and Powerpoint foremployees and faculty members to use across Ashridge to ensure quality and consistency across materials produced- Responsible for standardising processes for delivering workbooks and supporting materials into the classroom from brief to print/display to better streamline the tight deadlines of the business needs resulting in cost and resource efficiencies- Developed material and delivered cost-saving training sessions to individual faculty members and groups of Programme Managers and Programme Support Executives- Provided Quality Assurance on all printed and digital programme materials to maintain and enhance the brand either virtually using Zoom or Skype and via one-to-ones- Proposed and implemented a single library containing Ashridge images and stock photography thus improving efficiency in producing relevant programme tools, productsand processes.Since joining Ashridge I progressed from being a graduate in a large Design team to my present role as sole designer within the Client Services department. Throughout the role the briefs I received were from coordinators, senior managers, faculty members and clients directly. I also had to liaise closely with internal and external Print Technicians and Graphic Designers.
