Work with Architects, Designers, Clients, and Contractors to determine their goals for projects of up to 3.5 million dollars and up to 12 bids in one month. Prepare and deliver presentations. Execute bid proposals and cost estimates. Provide design concepts and value engineering to save over 100,000 dollars to clients. Order a range from 50,000 to 300,000 sf of material, equipment and direct installation for interiors. Prepare and deliver status reports. Produce change orders which raise the contract amount in thousands, create submittals, and work orders. Direct all project phases. Carry out all site inspections. Perform cost control. Check up to 300,000 sf of material and deliveries for top quality control. Oversee 10,000 sf of installation of services on each project per day. As decision maker, guide team and give firm leadership throughout all projects. Supervise multiple projects to completion and final inspection.
