Danielle Monaco is a program management specialist with more than twelve years of experience implementing international democracy and governance projects. Her areas of expertise include electoral management, inclusive voter and civic education, campaign finance, and civic and political engagement. Through her work, she has developed skills in technical program design and management, development of strategic relationships, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation. Ms. Monaco has a record of conceptualizing and implementing program strategies to address complex issues in highly sensitive and diverse operating environments, such as Kosovo, Yemen, and Libya. She holds a B.A. in International Development from McGill University and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of London, SOAS. Outside of work, Danielle plays the cello in a community orchestra and with chamber music groups in the Washington, DC area.
