As a Support Broker at Public Partnerships | PPL, I help people with disabilities and their families manage their own care and services through self-directed programs. I use my skills in account management, communication, and problem-solving to guide them through the process of creating and maintaining their individualized budget and service plan, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.Before joining PPL I found my passion for helping others while I was in the role of an Executive Director of a nonprofit domestic violence shelter program, my passion for helping others grew from witnessing the resilience of survivors and the impact of our organization's support. Seeing the positive changes we made in people's lives fueled my dedication to advocating for and empowering survivors, driving me to work tirelessly towards our mission.
