In my role as Education and Training Administration Assistant at Professional Investment Services my responsibilities included:- Responding to all enquires over the telephone and via email regarding advisers ongoing education requirements- Assisting both the Education and Training Coordinator and Manager – Compliance Administration - Stepping into Education and Training Coordinator role when needed - Coordinating the Advisers Induction Course Event held four times a year- Monitoring and updating all systems internally and for the adviser network to ensure accurate and up to date information- Point of contact internally and externally for queries relating to Kaplan courses and qualifications- Managed key relationships with external Financial Advisers network in regards to ongoing education - Provided ongoing monitoring and reporting on financial advisers education

In my role as Production Assistant at Gotcha my responsibilities included:- Quality control of editing and printing - Packaging customer photographs- Completing promotional photo packages and sending out to customers within a deadline- Completion of Photo Album orders- General customer administration including data entry of customer cards and filing of all the promotional paperwork
