Current• Liaising with corporate customer at all levels regarding overdrawn accounts, requesting additional transfer of funds into the overdrawn account. Obtaining permission from the Credit team for authorisation to allow debit payments to be paid depending funds from customer. • Completing daily diaries including chasing previous correspondence with customers, processing regular transfers or payments that are to be made and reconciling accounts• Accountable for customers annual reviews (approx 200) and writing reports based on customers audited accounts for the year• Generating correspondence regarding customers’ annual review. Updating customers facilities and signature mandates• Opening new accounts for both existing and new customers, following correct procedure dependent on corporate/ charity/ limited company customers • Prepared banking proposals to potential new customers, outlining the banks services, facilities, costing, terms and conditions. Arranging and conducting follow up communications if no response has been received• Provide support to three Relationship Managers including handling day to day queries; processing emails in the absence of the manager and preparing documents for customer/manager review meetings• Raise invoices via the Banks iprocurement system and matching them with purchase orders referencesKey Achievements• Having been on the charity team for 7 years I have gained an in depth knowledge of the Corporate Adviser role and play an active part in training new corporate advisers. Providing guidance and support on day to day procedures and provide training on how to complete customer annual reviews in line with lending procedures; new account opening and change of mandate policies• Attended a 1 day course as “team champion” to understand new bank software product for customers using internet banking. First point of reference to queries both staff and customers had during the initial phasing of new system
