As the Property Manager for Mulkern rentals I am responsible to oversee daily operations and manage thirty-eight rental units, a combination of residential and commercial rental properties. I am responsible for both indoor and outdoor maintenance and upkeep of the properties and I keep inventory of necessities for all properties. I show the available units to potential tenants and I am responsible for collecting and managing rent. I assist in planning new property design projects and I oversee renovations as well.

I volunteered with this service group to provide a better quality of life for the homeless and less fortunate around the Pittsburgh area as well as areas of Argentina and Honduras. On foreign mission trips I translated for medics who served ill patients and I worked with a large group of volunteers to build safe and clean living environments for those without shelter. On local missions, I brought and served food to those in need and provided/donated items such as clothing and toys to families in need.
