With over 5 years experience in supply chain and specifically two years of experience in the health and beauty industry, I am a passionate and creative NPD Launch Planner at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, a global leader in luxury cosmetics. In this role, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute successful product launches across multiple channels and markets, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and customer needs. Previously, I was a Health & Beauty Promotions and Events Manager at Tesco, where I managed the impulse promotions strategy and budget for over 400 stores in the UK. I also worked as an Impulse Promotions Manager at Tesco Ireland, where I led the development and implementation of innovative and profitable impulse campaigns for the health and beauty category.
