Had to comply with all of the state laws and regulations to process the transaction. Obtain approval from lender to send the HUD 1 statement out with the loan documents. Had to schedule notaries and attorney for signings. Team closed about 900+ files monthly.

Learned all new RESPA Laws for processing of the new HUD1 Statement for lenders. Received a promotion and became a closing supervisor to the closing department, where I created and formed this unit.
