Oversees the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Finance Council’s (CREFC) educational initiatives. Assesses, develops, and implements programming and produces educational resources. Manages multiple committees of professional volunteers from CREFC’s large member base who work to develop industry related content for live and online programming. Supervises the Young Professionals Program to develop programming specific to those new to the industry. Coordinates live events alongside program hosts. Expands professional development offerings available for members.

Tactical authority over 60+ program professionals in developing and deploying meeting content for NKF’s premier medical Spring Clinical Meetings (SCM). Coordinate training requirements and accreditations for 2,700+ attending healthcare providers over course of five-day annual meeting. Devise and launch targeted marketing campaigns aimed at building brand power and attracting new strategic opportunities. Facilitate several annual meetings with various committees and employees throughout all organizational levels. Create and oversee online CME/CE programs by utilizing recordings of presentations at SCM and publishing online for a larger audience.

Managed eight committees of healthcare volunteers to devise, produce, and market, program tracks at the National Kidney Foundation's premier educational event, the Spring Clinical Meetings (SCM). Contracted vendor for the submission system of applications for research to be published in journals such as the American Journal of Diseases, and more, as well as presented at SCM. Integrated new feature to allow research posters to be presented online through innovative E-Poster system.

Collaborated closely with faculty of 400+ medical professionals to seamlessly coordinate SCM. Gathered, tracked and referenced proper materials required for accredited sessions during meetings. Recruited and built positive relationships with residents nation-wide. Gained insights into inner workings of professional medical organizations and educational needs of faculty / employees.
