Assists CAMs in identifying risks to the project schedule and budget. Develops and provides reports to CAMs, CICDIM Senior Management, and CMMI Management. Participates in the production of monthly Contract Performance Reports (CPRs) and supports the CAMs in developing monthly variance explanations. Assists with identifying areas of improvement and develops processes and procedures that assist the CAMs, senior management, and CMS client with managing and tracking the program effectively.
