Manage over 500 accounts and growing, for the states of Utah and Maryland. Work with Regional Managers, reps, account management team, funding partner and install partners for each state to ensure all accounts and projects are going as planned, that all financials are budgeted accordingly and are following said budget. Should any changes be needed to budgets, customer accounts, etc, I manage each of those as needed, as well as any customer complaints, process changes, process development, and the like. Manage a team of approximately 40+ sales reps and two Account Specialists.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Support the EVP, CISO and Director of Enterprise Information Management, at Zions Bancorp. Provide direct support to him, as well as his Direct Reports and their teams. Some of the support provided consists of calendar management, Corporate Card reconciliations, Facilitating and booking travel for the CISO and all those on his team, organizing meetings with employees, as well as external vendors/contacts, assisting in the implementation of the IT Data Governance program that will be managed by the Enterprise Information Management team, etc.

Provo, Ut

Supported the Corporate Services Department, which consisted of Corporate Security, Facility/Property Management, and Corporate Purchasing. I directly supported the VP of Corporate Services, The Director of Corporate Services and Facilities, Director of Corporate Security, Manager of Worldwide Security, as well as five Facility Managers, and three Project Managers in Corporate Security. The support I provided consisted of procurement, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, budget and financial forecasting assistance and management, month end accruals and chargebacks, processing invoices, collecting and managing the rent of numerous external companies renting building space on our Provo campus, etc.
