I am an Accounting professional with over 6 years of audit and assurance, risk assessment and financial reporting / analysis experience. I have worked both private and public accounting sectors in Oklahoma and Texas, USA . Currently, I am enrolled in a full time MBA program in Canada. The aim is to gain a broader business skill set, including finance, marketing, strategy, operations, and global leadership.I majored in Accounting and minored in Mass Communication at McNeese State University, Lake Charles Louisiana. I am currently enrolled in the full time MBA - Global Leadership program at University of Prince Edward Island as a recipient of the Merit Scholarship Award.In my free time, I volunteer at the World University Services of Canada; non-profit organization that focuses on international development and education. It works towards providing education, employment, and empowerment opportunities for youth in developing countries.My mission is to push people to their limits to achieve ultimate success challenging cultural stereotypes, personal setbacks and circumstantial hardships.
