· Responsible for a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties. Types materials from written drafts originating from different elements of the organization. •· Develop/maintain policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and availability of databases that track inventories of classified material by:· Providing system level requirements,· Documenting user procedures· Reviewing report accuracy· Performing data analytics· Conduct routine security evaluations, audits, and reviews of classified material inventory databases.· During this time, classified material audits have been successfully conducted. Success is measured by 100% consistency between database data records, physical inventory and shipping records that track the media.· Ensure systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures are executable by facilitating creation offsite backup media, and auditing offsite media inventory.· Conduct systems security evaluations, audits, and reviews that containers (safes and strong rooms) satisfy Navy security requirements as mandated by the Navy Information Security Program (SECNAVINST M-5510.36) and NSWCDD local instructions.
