Develops relationships with various Group Purchasing Organizations such as Sodexo, Aramark, Premier, Compass, Novation, and Avendra to help their customers become better compliant with the items they are contracted to use. Represents over 40 manufacturers in the marketplace to promote their products and educate customers on the specified items. Maintains and continually expands a large portfolio of customers including but not limited to Healthcare, Business & Industry, and Colleges/Universities. Works with distributor sales representatives, educates them on brands, conducts extensive training on products, and maintains partnerships in order to maximize sales.

Collaborated with Foodservice distributors in the surrounding areas to work together to sell the NFI brand. Maintained a working relationship with schools and restaurants in order for them to buy the various items. Retained knowledge of over 350 products in order to present them to a customer in a strategic way. Adapted to the type of customer and his/her needs by researching and establishing relationships. Imperative to this position is covering a large territory, while building and nurturing relationships with customers and peers, and showing performance by submitting all paperwork on a corporate level and continuously following up on accounts.

Primarily responsible for the development and expansion of market presence by identifying and solidifying successful partnerships with local retailers. Regular provision of on-going marketing support, product trainings and relationship management are essential. Exceptional leadership skills with a passion and dedication for training, mentoring and coaching all sales personnel on a regular basis. Paramount to this position is the ability to build and execute a strategic sales and development plan while managing the overall operations and performance of the channel.

Partners with store management and wireless sales personnel of National Retail to represent the Cingular product line and ensure Cingular gains mind share in assigned retail locations. This includes, but is not limited to: conducting role-plays and mentoring of sales associates on a regular basis to ensure offers and/or promotions initiated by accounts/company are flawlessly executed; customize and deliver training to fit the needs of each retailer; manage the roll-out of National Retail programs, tools and training. Executes and inspects results of existing programs and initiatives.
