Requirement documentation, testing, token migration, implementation, and staff training. Expansion into global payments, such as Alipay, China’s leading third-party online payment solution. *PM & Technical Lead on Internal Ticket/Asset Management System implementation. Working closely with a cross functional team; including the development, network, facility, analytics, and senior leadership teams to create the RFP, to implementation and execution. Creating a truly simplified customer service model using KACE, which centralized the regions, easy to manage and promoted collaboration between the teams. I am a certified PMP, since 2017; and utilize my PM skills in almost every facet of life, from business, to volunteering, to family life, it’s all a project!
