I am a physician-scientist with specialized expertise in maternal-fetal medicine, stress biomarkers, and the psychobiologic impact of mental health interventions in pregnancy. I completed my undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UC Santa Barbara, followed by medical school at UC San Diego. My clinical training includes a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at BWH and MGH through Harvard Medical School, and a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Stanford. I have led NIH-funded research projects, including a K12 study on stress biomarkers and a current K23 award investigating targeted mental health interventions. My goal is to leverage my clinical and research expertise to drive evidence-based advancements in maternal health and patient care.
