I have spent the last 20+ years teaching group fitness classes and personal training. I have worked at gyms, fitness centers, spas, cruise ships, a doctor's office, hospitals, corporate gyms, studios, and sport specific gyms. My clients vary from people that are training for sports to people that are rehabbing post-surgery. They range in age from teens to 80's. My aim is to motivate people and help them reach their full health and fitness potential! I believe that at any age or fitness level, we can always be better at living a healthy lifestyle.When working with businesses, I help to create programs and challenges to motivate employees to adapt a healthier lifestyle. I also give presentations, create stretching programs, give lunch and learns, help with work conditioning, teach fitness classes, introduce different wellness events, and provide nutritional counseling.
