Supporting 1200 employees across the United States within the Buildings Group including HVAC, Security, Fire and Global Products. Duties include but not limited to: Ensure Compliance with Integrity, Preventing Workplace Harassment, Diversity, Ethics and Workplace Violence Awareness Training, Conduct thorough Investigations, Consistent Administration of Progressive Discipline Process, Terminations, Conduct Exit Interviews, Policy Review Committee Member - reviewing and updating Global Policies & Procedures, Policy Interpretation and Guidance, Employee Appreciation Events and Recognition, Offer Letter Review and Approvals, Global Employee Survey Administration & Support, Safety & Business Review Meetings, Cross Functional Team Support, Global New Employee Orientation, Update, Maintain & Delivery of HR Competency Training, Performance Management System Training and Goal Setting Support, Salary Planning Training and Support, Compensation Administration, Coordination, Support and Delivery of the Reduction in Force Process, Complaint Investigation and Resolution, Affirmative Action Planning, Supporting and Maintaining consistency with following company policies and procedures, Provide guidance on selection of Sr. Professional and Entry Level Leadership roles to ensure alignment with Leader Effectiveness Model, Day to Day functions supporting all employees with questions and requests.
