Hunting Apparel Lead
Current- Retail sales of hunting apparel which requires vast knowledge of different types of hunting, different types of camouflage, and the features, advantages, and benefits of all of the apparel that Cabela’s has to offer.
- Ensures that the SLAM process is being utilized to its’ fullest potential by all outfitters in the hunting apparel department.
- Oversees all outfitters in the hunting apparel department to ensure job performance, task allocation, and professional development.
- In charge of all hunting apparel, product rolls, maintaining low warehouse numbers, product placement and POG accuracy.
- Ensures each customer’s expectations are exceeded by providing excellent customer service and ensuring each outfitter provides the same.
