Masters in Couple and Family Therapy

- Work closely with Gazelle store team and marketing colleagues to maximize sales and grow business- Make products available for sale online by setting up SKUs and visual merchandising of our site- Continually monitor key metrics, inventory availability and product flows across multiple systems- Ensure that all products are displaying availability, attributes and pricing as expected- Diagnose root causes of discrepancies, problem-solve and work cross-functionally to remedy these with high urgency- Pro-actively identify opportunities for process improvement, and work cross-functionally to execute those improvements- Critically think about how to continue to grow the business and work closely with broader team to constantly improve our product catalog (categories, devices, accessories, etc.) for our customers- Troubleshoot and rectify issues with inventory warehouse to ensure product catalog is up to date- Participate in site wide audits- Run inventory reports to provide visibility to larger team of current products available- Monitor Gazelle.com store traffic and report to team- Manage competitor analysis; identify ways for business to provide a positive customer experience- Create collections across all products and manufacturers- Assist with creation of promotions and coordination before live date- Work with Shopify platform on a daily basis to run Gazelle.com- Experience with BigCommerce and ChannelAdvisor- Beginner experience with Google Analytics - Experience working with Microsoft Excel formulas to create reports in a timely manner

- Provide in-home and school-based behavioral therapy to children who have Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)- Record data during sessions and apply the appropriate interventions based on the child’s needs - Provide the family with tools they can use to assist their child’s growth and prosperity- Facilitate training for parents and fellow interventionists in conjunction with consulting on therapy sessions- In constant contact with supervisor and manager pertaining to client’s progress, programs being utilized, data recorded and innovative techniques to measure for success throughout the year
