My background includes 30 years prior experience in finance and investments at Standard Merchant Bank (7 years), Investec (7 years) and Deloitte (15 years)I have run the Southsure, Short Term Personal Lines Office as the Regional Manager for the past 15 years. My current responsibilities include, among other things, the following:Management, oversight and checking of all aspects of Claims, Underwriting and Recoveries including calculations and payments of annual cash back bonuses and the entire annual renewal process. Participation in monthly management meetings between broker and the Insurer.Claims handling and annual invoicing for Laptop and Cellphone claims for a well known professional services firm who self insures the assets.
