AKUMAL, MX:Completed and excelled in Operation Wallacea’s Coral Reef Ecology Course: a series of lectures followed by diving practicals, introducing- coral reef biology and ecology, as well as taxonomic identification of significant algae, coral, fish, and invertebrate species. Performed various species and habitat surveys while SCUBA diving along the coral reefs; measuring- coral recruits, Diadema spp. populations, and identifying- algae, coral, and fish along the reef.
