Lead teacher in the PreK-3 Inclusion classroom with 24, 3 year olds, as well as mentoring new teachers in how to provide inclusion/pull-out services, how to write IEP goals, how to facilitate meetings, take meeting notes, SEDs etc. Currently I also serve as apart of the Special Education Leadership team, responsibilities include (but not limited to the following) scheduling/facilitating MDT meetings, Initial IEP meetings, navigating SEDs, initiating related services, supporting RTI etc.
