A big part of the job has been working with high volumes of recruitment, managing expectations, candidates as well as influencing the thoughts & processes that hiring managers undertake. To be able to do this, I have efficient time management and strong organisation skills so I can plan effectively to fill our vacancies and support our managers where needed.Some Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of the Food & Beverage vacancies, across multiple geographic areas within the Trust.- Work closely alongside a candidate manager to ensure a positive candidate experience and to select the right candidate for the role.- Vacancy Admin: Holding recruitment briefing calls with hiring managers, creating/editing advert copy to ensure it’s inclusive, advising and searching for local attraction routes, approving offers, using direct sourcing methodologies such as CV sourcing to attract the best talent for our hard to fill roles. - Advise, challenge, guide and mentor hiring managers to ensure they are recruiting efficiently and effectively.- Working Collaboratively with Stakeholders both internal and external. - Resolve recruitment Challenges and Influence positive recruitment processes, such as encouraging managers to have their Strengths & Licence to Recruit training.- Send data & pull reports to send to managers to show vacancy fulfilment, time to offer, retention etc. Show less

When approaching customers, you were taught to apply and provide a personalised and positive approach by addressing the customer with their first or last name, creating an instant friendly introduction instantly allowing the customer to feel at ease. Working in the bank also taught me how to handle a customer who has a query or problem. It is important to listen clearly and make short concise notes to ensure that their needs are met to a high standard, no matter what the working environment the situation and outcome may never be the same.
