- Answer an average of 100 plus calls per day by addressing customer inquiries.
- Intake of customers personal and business information into our data base to process workers comp, short term disability, auto collision, or property damage claim.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Provide excellent customer service while typing information quickly and accurately.
- Provide conformation numbers and branch office information to customers once claim is processed.
- Step by step screening of workers comp claims and auditing I claims before sending off to branch office for review.
