• Assisting in the development of testing of an online learning module to improve knowledge and resiliency in midwifery students. • Content development for the online module, specifically searching and synthesising research on increasing student resiliency. • Provide research support by preparing ethics applications, preparing survey instruments, recruitment, and focus groups.

I have extensive teaching experience and continue to be employed as a sessional staff member teaching Psychology 1B (BEHL 1004), Developmental Psychology (BEHL 3011) and Mental Health (HLTH 1047). I have also individually tutored Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Psychology at Adelaide University.

• Project management of the transition and implementation of the Developmental Psychology (BEHL 1027) course to an online learning platform. Included the development of goals and objectives for each week, maintaining quality standards of teaching and resources to assist in the APAC accreditation program of the UniSA Online Psychology programme. • Curriculum development of weekly content which teaches developmental theories and contemporary issues within psychology. Furthermore, engages students in developmental psychology, which includes the creation of student resources, such as lectures and class activities.• Working as part of a team and communicating with several stakeholders to ensure the goals and objectives along with deadline requirements are being adhered too.

• Case management of 90+ clients: Developing and supporting clients capacity to build employment skills through experiences and education.• Consistently placed over 12 jobseekers in meaningful employment each month. • Designed and implemented a hospitality project in which unemployed youth partook a certificate 3 in hospitality to build skills and capabilities for the workforce. Recruited hotels, café, and restaurants to ensure work experience obligations were met to achieve certification. • Identifying non-vocational needs and referring to counsellors, psychologist and medical practitioners.
