Noteworthy: - Designing and delivering a Target Operating Model and associated programme of change.- Successfully led integrations of newly acquired businesses, ranging from start-ups to mature businesses, effectively evaluating and delivering synergies. - Led various workstreams to refinance and recapitalise businesses as part of numerous restructures. - Delivered and improved regulatory reporting to global regulators including FINRA, FCA, Swedish FSA, NFA and MAS. - The Global Finance Operations group supported all businesses centrally and comprised six main functions ranging from technical to transactional accounting, (i) Regulatory Reporting, (ii) Statutory Accounting, (iii) Financial Control and Management Reporting, (iv) Payroll, (v) Accounts Receivable, and (vi) Accounts Payable
