I'm a tenacious executive with a passion for innovative technology, I enable organisations to grow and pioneer state of the art technology in a sustainable manner through effective partnerships, spear-heading strategy design and execution. My background is largely Financial Services and B2B SaaS where I have broad experience delivering record growth, both organically and through Mergers & Acquisitions where I have proven skills across the full cycle from acquisition appraisal, synergy delivery and integration to divestment and separation.As a SaaS CFO it’s not surprising to hear that I’m highly focused on Business Planning, Capital Deployment Appraisal, Performance, Metrics, Talent development and Leadership. I care deeply about topics including Social Mobility, Sustainability and Equality. I am privileged to be in a position (and brilliant company) where I am able to make a positive impact on these topics utilising Duco’s resources as a force for good. I’ve continued my 10+yr partnership with #LTSB here at Duco creating apprenticeship roles, supporting bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles. As an experienced Scuba diver I have a passion for the environment and as the Head of Sustainability at Duco I am driving a bold Sustainability strategy in partnership with our Board, focused on early investment in what I consider the urgent scale-up required of the high-quality Carbon removal industry seeing the development of these technologies as an imperative to positively impacting our climate in just a few decades time.
