Oversees the overall operations of the Family Medicine Residency Program by assisting to ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), residency program marketing, resident recruitment, and educational program support. Establishes work priorities and assists staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Implements and enforces adherence to department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures and applicable standards and/or laws and regulations. Identifies and implements cost savings and best practices. Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline workflow, standardize procedures, and/or drive positive outcomes.

Provide support for the CEO, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Finance, Administration team and the Board of Directors, including prioritizing appointments, managing calendars, coordinating activity’s, preparing for events and meetings. Interact with executives and peers across the system to support our affiliate. Maintain all hospital contracts, administration, and Board documents. Manage hospital and clinic licensure and collaborate with managers for new service lines and state application processes. Provide support for the Cancer Care, Cancer Case Program administration, Environment of Care program, Emergency Management program and Workplace Violence program administration. Act as a liaison between management and our legal department.
