As a 1:1 it is my job to help my students achieve the highest level of independence as possible. I do this by directly working with students on their IEP goals with the use of ABA training and errorless correction.

• Responsible for recruiting, training, evaluation and management of part time staff.
• Responsible for preparing the weekly schedules and submitting them to the Management team ensuring all shifts and proper staffing levels are covered.
• Led quarterly maintenance staff meetings to review policies, procedures, updates and address any concerns.
• Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in all areas.
• Maintains proper documentation on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning throughout the building.
• Oversees the daily opening and closing side-work duties.

Supervised, planned, and implemented recreation opportunities for community. Kept accurate records including budgets and public feed back to improve opportunities for recreation for the community.
