I am a seasoned behavioral healthcare leader who has worked across settings and populations to deliver and evaluate digital health innovations. My experience is at the cross-section of product design (infusing science-backed principles into digital mental health products), research (leading evaluations of behavior change tech), and industry/academic collaborations to improve mental health and wellbeing. I am currently on a clinical product team at Apple Heath. I have led a research lab at UC San Francisco as full-time faculty, created and evaluated behaviors change tech for young people at Hopelab, and joined the early leadership team at a startup addressing the teen mental health crisis at BeMe Health. I have worked on building digital products, advised startups, built cross-functional high-performing teams, and successfully navigated the academic medical landscape to lead more than 10 grant funded projects and write over 100 peer-reviewed publications. I also speak and write about teens, mental health, social media, and tech for good.
