Current-Achieve the community’s resident satisfaction and retention goals by promptly addressing and resolving resident complaints and concerns, while also providing assistance with rent and fee payments.-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by conducting thorough follow-ups on work orders, ensuring all issues are resolved to residents' satisfaction.-Develop and coordinate resident communications, including newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, and other relevant communications, fostering a strong sense of community engagement.-Manage roommate matching and wait list leases as necessary, optimizing occupancy rates and fostering a harmonious living environment.-Orchestrate resident functions and events, such as parties, birthday celebrations, welcome parties, and unit visits, enhancing community bonding and resident satisfaction.-Conduct daily evaluations of property appearance, curb appeal, landscape, office environment, and vacancies, ensuring the leasing office and model units are consistently ready for showcasing.-Proactively review and follow up on incident reports and lease violation notices, taking appropriate actions to maintain a safe and compliant living environment.-Monitor answering service for messages throughout the day, promptly returning calls and addressing resident inquiries or concerns as necessary.-Approve water billing invoices for commercial vendors within the building, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.-Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards, taking proactive measures to address any issues and maintain property appeal.-Manage and follow up with payment delinquencies, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
