At Robert Morris University Illinois, I have had the opportunity to work in many positions within enrollment and marketing. In my enrollment roles, I have overseen the recruitment and application process for prospective students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees at nine campuses. In addition I have assisted in strategic planning and development of the University's recruitment outreach, and programmed communication plans for marketing and outbound communication through the University’s CRM.Within the University’s marketing department, I have successfully formulated marketing strategic planning initiatives and partnerships while working collaboratively with administration, enrollment management teams, operations, IT and all operating divisions to create effective programs, establish new campaign strategies, and resolve post-launch problems. Additional marketing responsibilities include: product management, product marketing, market/competitive intelligence, public relations, marketing communications, online marketing, event marketing, lead development, and creative services.

As the Dean of Recruitment I oversaw the lead recruitment institutionally at 9 campuses while developing training for the retention of recruitment and presentation staff. Assisted in writing content and project management of our high school recruitment presentation. Hired, train, schedule and supervise recruitment team of campus staff, plan events and manage enrollment.

As the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach I worked with upper management to establish, develop and provide the first women’s volleyball team at the Peoria campus. Developed and implemented the communication plans for women’s volleyball according to USCAA regulations. Recruited for admissions and volleyball through Internet, guidance visits, instant admissions days, presentations and fairs. Made athletic roster goal all three years of coaching.

As the Director of Admissions I administered the daily activities in the admissions office including but not limited to recruitment, supervision of staff, scheduling, campus tour for donors and potential partners, event planning, budgeting, marketing, development and execution of reports and enrollment. Developed operational strategies and performed long-term planning serving as the Member of senior management group. Secured new and maintained current corporate partnerships with businesses in Peoria. Planned and executed campus events including orientations student activities and parent meetings.
