Project Manager at Vizolution responsible for delivering software development projects ranging in size and difficulty. My day-to-day role involved working closely with multiple scrum teams and clients to deliver a range of bespoke solutions, often managing a wide range of projects at any one given time. This required a good understanding of the delivery process and project lifecycles to ensure all projects were delivered on time and to budget.Communication and good relationship management was a key element of this role as I was often the main point of contact for our teams, customers and Account Managers. I would facilitate our day-to-day external communications, attend daily scrums, manage the development progress as well as deal with any risks or issues which arose, internally or externally to the company.

Whilst on the Graduate Scheme within Admiral I had the opportunity to move around different areas and departments within the business. This gave me the chance to see how other areas of the business worked and a "behind the scenes" look at what goes into running an Insurance and Financial sector business. These areas included Recruitment, Sales, Customer Service Complaints and IT.All the graduates were also heavily involvement in management and leadership training which has provided a solid foundation and knowledge base for any managerial career.Shortly after joining the graduate scheme I found myself working in IT and picking up projects for the last 3 months of my time on the scheme. I was offered a Project Manager position within IT due to my hard work within the Delivery department and then became a permanent member of staff.
