o Ordered and managed company fleet vehicles, updated and consolidated vehicle specs, maintained fleet vehicle fuel/maintenance cards for 2600 vehicles including equipment as well as drivers, coached drivers and merchants on payment method requirements, disposed of vehicles, managed maintenance for two pool vehicles, implemented solutions and problem solved to streamline field employees’ jobs, maintained supplier databases, managed purchase capital forecast and budgeted for vehicle acquisitions, trained employees on fleet databases, and obtained duplicate registration and/or vehicle titles o Regularly attended supplier meetings to give feedback, learned of upcoming vehicle trends, attended computer trainings and information sessions o General office duties, consisted of but were not limited to; coding of invoices and checks, developed and maintained complex spreadsheets, prepared professional notification letters for suppliers and distributed communications to company employees, managed departmental information on internal website, maintained document files, copied, faxed, scanned, made labels, and mailed general correspondence o Exercised initiative, judgment and knowledge of company policies, practices and the organization in interactions with internal and external customers
