- Full cycle recruitment for all Operations, Sales, and G&A roles for our Televox, SchoolMessenger, Utilities, and Mosaicx companies- Collaborated with strategic partners to develop effective and efficient recruiting strategies for specific roles to identify, evaluate, and select the best talent possible.- Leverage, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Oracle HCM, and various other forms of social media to source for top talent. - Built strong working relationships and established SLAs between hiring managers and myself.

- Full cycle high-volume recruitment for the Consumer Services and Inside Sales division as well as our sister company Reputation Defender. - Managed the recruitment strategy and social media efforts for customer service & sales hiring; as well as organized virtual and on-site job fairs and hiring events to support high volume recruitment efforts.- Acted as a liaison between hiring managers and Talent Operations team to facilitate fast and efficient onboarding practices through Workday ATS.

- Managed the hiring of Fitness Managers and Assistant General Managers in 24 Hour Fitness clubs across the country.- Managed candidates through ADP ATS and used Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media as primary means to source for candidates.- Oversaw the onboarding vendor management through ADP for background checks

- Managed the English curriculum for 3rd – 6th grade students- Created inclusive lesson plans to accommodate various English proficiency levels within each grade- Served as an ambassador for American culture in sharing personal opinions anecdotes to students and co-workers

- Managed all full-cycle high-volume recruitment operations for the Credit division at Kohl’s Contact and Financial center as well as a variety of field store positions- Managed the recruitment for the University Relations intern program for the Dallas Credit Contact and Financial Center- Planned and executed community hiring events for the contact and financial center as well as the distribution center resulting in several on the spot offers.- Trained hiring managers on behavioral based interview techniques with DeGarmo and implemented the S.T.A.R. method when assessing responses- Trained and managed 3 phone screeners to help with recruitment efforts during peak recruiting season.- Spearheaded and organized focus groups on ways to improve and/or overhaul the company’s current referral program and drove department engagement

- Managed various RPO-stye hiring and recruitment activites across the country for CROSSMARK Retail clients. Hiring around 15-20 candidates a week for various sales and merchandising non-exempt positions.

- Recruited Registered Nurses and Allied Health Care professionals (PTs, OTs, and SLPs) through various sources, such as registries, ATS, job boards, referrals, and cold calling, for clients across the country- Made over 400 cold calls per week to source for quality candidates in addition to going through about 20 resumes per day pulled from job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Craigslist, and Absolutely Healthcare
