It is through this relationship that I can add value and also get involved and secure projects for DDB out of our usual scope.Managing large projects across multiple platforms:Key to my success as a suit is my attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage large multi-faceted campaigns on time and on budget. I am hands-on, solutions focused and are prepared to pitch in and do anything to ensure that the work is delivered. I have delivered numerous campaigns for SKY at this level, which have been hugely successful in shifting perception and also driving uptake of SKY.Selling creative:During my time at DDB I have worked closely with various creative’s and feel that I have a strong understanding of the creative process. Coupled with my strong client relationship I can lead and guide creative, which in turn delivers great creative work. I have also been on the MACHINE course which is a tool you can use to sell great creative which I have found extremely successful. Mentoring junior members of the team:After being a junior at DDB and working my way through the ranks I have learnt various methods from key staff with regards to motivating, influencing and inspiring team members. I am approachable, understanding, friendly, hardworking and solutions driven and foster this within my teams’ edict.
