General Manager duties: keeping all licensing current; negotiating supplier contracts; taking inventory and reordering supplies; managing budgets; setting business goals; hiring and training staff; ensuring safety and health rules; performing inventory controls; handling customer complaints; employee scheduling; event planning and coordination.

Assisted senior citizens with their activities of daily living; completed accurate documentation of activities, food intake, and medications as needed; performed light housekeeping and cooking.

FOH Manager, Party Coordinator and Certified Trainer: administered and coordinated the daily operations of Dave and Buster’s under the direction of management; responded to calls for management in a timely and effective manner; responsible for discounts, voids, comps, guest recovery, and managed parties booked thru the Special Events. STAR certified trainer that taught food and beverage classes to new employees; created new employee schedules; provided one-on-one training. Worked directly with Area Operation Manager, AGM, and GM on creating shifts and coordinating schedules for the entire cocktail department every week.
