The Consumer Product Planning team is responsible for the division’s product planning and inventory management. This division specifically looks after the ordering and purchase of consumer imaging Photo products (e.g. DSC, DV, SLR, Lens, Binoculars, CP Printers, Projector,), IT products (e.g. IJ Printer, Scanner, IJ Consumable, Calculator) from Japan and SE Asia.This department requires substantial liaison with Canon Head Office in Tokyo, to ensure satisfactory and reliable manufacturing service, delivery of products appropriate to the Oceania market, a reliable supply of, components and accessories, and to keep abreast of technical developments in Japan for the benefit of Oceania customers.

Main focus is data extraction, report generation and preparation, distribute according to cadence, service provide to SGBS org., responsible for technical aspect of reporting (data pools, queries, sources), extract and convert data, calculate KPIs based on the framework; challenge existing structure to generate ideas for process improvement within own area of responsibility.

Supervises, controls and supports all operational activities in the CSO, relating to Import and Export Operations to deliver optimal operations performance in accordance with business strategy and customer SLAs.

End to end marketing, advertising and sales of services being offered, Air import operations and clearance and profit and loss management.
