Based in London, then Paris, I have managed transactions from 150 to 80,000m2 and portfolios comprising all property types. However, the key to a great result in most projects has involved assisting clients to manoeuvre substantial international and cultural differences. I consider one of my key successes to have been the ability to steer and close deals on complex projects, managing differing expectations between stakeholders from the US to Europe and Asia, ensuring that all parties were happy with the outcome.This experience comprised: Corporate real estate consulting, Tenant Representation services, lease negotiations, portfolio & lease management, development & management of corporate real estate processes. Along with my husband, Sam, I am also the co-owner of Chez Robins gites at Trie-Chateau. I spent many happy months seeking out fabulous treasures, learning about quirky objects and making great relationships with clients along the way.Aside from my entrepreneurial pursuits, I have also worked for the travel and hospitality industry, industrial corporations, law firms and financial institutions. Each field has enabled me to add breadth to my communication skills and a deeper understanding of global working cultures.
